How to make pregnancy as pleasant as possible?

Pretty straightforward question here, my fianceé and I want to have kids not too long after we tie the knot. Thing is she's nervous about the experience of the pregnancy itself, and honestly, I can't blame her.My future mother in law had preeclampsia with all three pregnancies (every child survived), so my fianceé is nervous about that.Beyond that, she also has back issues and pre-existing allergies and eczema (which I have read might go away during pregnancy).Bottom line- I want to know how to make pregnancy the best possible experience for her because we both say we want to have lots of kids, and I dont want a bad pregnancy making her averse to doing it again.Anybody and everyone, lend me your advice! if you were the pregnant one, I want to know what helped (physically, emotionally, whatever)! The non- pregnant parties, what was something that was beneficial to your partner? Also, anyone find promising research on preeclampsia prevention? via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2ZM2pTx
