How have your kids turned the tables on you?

I mentioned in another thread today that I use timers with my kindergarten son for lots of different things, and that I was pleased he was beginning to use timers and reminders to help him with his responsibilities.Well, the tables have turned.I work from home, and came downstairs to immediate pleas of “Mommy can you play with me now?” To which I replied that I needed "a minute" in the kitchen to chat with Daddy who is making dinner. I didn’t say this to him, but also I had planned an interesting cocktail all day and I wanted to make it.Anyway the little such and such immediately grabbed his ipad, brought up Siri and said “Set a timer for 60 seconds…..”(I had to sneak away and post this because I’m so amused and wanted to share. Now back to the shaker, then playing.)Surely this has happened to others in amusing ways?? via /r/Parenting http://bit.ly/2V47nqU
