Obligatory I am a parent statement. So I suspect there are at least three huge variables in determining if the majority of parents enjoy parenthood. I would like to ask to confirm or deny my suspicion.First, please answer if you enjoy parenthood. Please use a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being "I wish I could go back and not have children" to 10 being "This is awesome and I love every part of it!"The first variable is : How many hours per month above and beyond that of when you are working do you have childfree time? (Includes when you leave your child with your spouse or anyone else)The second variable is: How many hours a week do you use any sort of electronic device with a screen for your child? (Does not include time you actively spend engaging with your child while using said device). The third variable: How many hours per week do you spend devouting 100% of your attention to your child by engaging in some sort of activity with them (please omit all activities where you are just supervising and not taking an active role). There very well could be other variables, but I would like to isolate these 3 since I suspect these 3 have the biggest impact on the "do you like parenthood" question. Also, as a side note, I want to compare my personal answers to others to evaluate myself (I will omit mine, but I am curious if I am doing things 'wrong' in terms of balancing my happiness with raising a child) BUT I have also been very curious about these for awhile.I apologize if this isn't allowed. I know there was a new rule about a month ago or so, but I have seen several ask the community threads since then so I am not sure what happened there. via /r/Parenting http://bit.ly/2Wm0SkB
