In the community I live in (somewhere, CO), there is a tip line where one can give a tip anonymously if there is a concern about child welfare...Today I get a knock at my door and it's a sheriff's deputy. He proceeds to tell me that someone at the preschool called in to inform them that I "smelled of booze" and that I was "acting drunk".Not a fucking chance on this planet! My kids are my life, full time dad here, and to think that some shit would go down like that is gross.I brush my teeth and use listerine, deodorant, and if I'm feeling the mood, some cologne... I DID NOTHING WRONG!I'm embarrassed to the nth degree by this! The neighbors saw this happen, others from the neighborhood walked by to see this, everyone is suspect but I have an idea of who this was, i feel that there is a teacher who has it out for me and wants my family out of the school. However this is a great preschool and I'm wondering if I should dig my heals in and fight or take my little man (3) elsewhere (his sister--5-- is going to public school kindergarten next year)I'm so frustrated and so MAD!TL;DR: cops called for welfare check when none was needed. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2Hf6kRP
