Hi everyone, I am a fortunate father to have two young children aged 22 months and 9 months respectively but strongly desire to get a full nights sleep! Ever since my eldest was born he would fall asleep next to me. Our routine consists of him coming up to our bed and relaxing while he has a bottle of hot milk then would nod off. I bring him to bed at 7pm but he could be up until 8pm by the time he nods off.I understand that the paragraph above is an issue but hear me out. I've tried letting him cry it out to go to sleep but it results in a ton of vomit. Up until recently he would sleep through but with a recent sickness he screams in the middle of the night to come into our bed. I would usually let him cry in the middle of the night as he wouldnt vomit due to lack of food in his stomach but my 9 month old is going through sleep training in her own room.Has anyone any experience or tips on how to rectify this? Please tell me I wont be having to soothe a 15 year old teenager to sleep by the time I am 40? via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2GG3tSL
