I understand that 10-year-olds are at the age where they say stuff to sound cool and to fit-in, and this boy makes sexually explicit commentary all the time. The other day he told my son that he put his finger up his sister's (he has 2 sisters, 2 and 7 years old) vagina. I was disturbed, appalled, mortified and think that I should at least inform the parents. My husband thinks it's none of my business and that boys at that age just think about sex all the time and it's all talk.
