The Olympics is pretty cool

I've been enjoying watching the Olympics with our 4 year old so much. We watch the coverage from the previous night in the afternoons so we can skip ahead when she gets tired of one sport.A cool side effect has been her learning about lots of different countries and flags. This conversation happened yesterday at lunch."Mommy where is that bread from?""[Name of grocery store]""But where is it from?"(Me not understanding) "They made it in a factory"(Not satisfied) "Mommy look at the package, where is it from?"(Realizes the bread is "italian bread" and has the Italian flag on it) "Are you asking if the bread is from Italy?""Yes!"She's learned to recognize at least 10 flags, it's pretty neat. via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2EGbNAW
