The gist of it is that I'm on autopilot to come home and plop down in front of the TV. With a one year old kid, I'm feeling really bad about it lately. I feel like I should be more engaged with her. I mean we watch TV like Sesame street and I talk to her during it, but I really feel like she's watching too much TV, and I am too. What do you guys do in the evenings instead of TV? I feel like it's a dumb question but I honestly am looking for some help. We do play, and we read books, but TV seems to take up the bulk of our evenings after everyone is home from work/daycare.I appreciate any advice. I hope you won't judge me too harshly as I genuinely do feel bad about it. Thank you so much in advance! via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2utW1k5
