http://ift.tt/28RbykU was peeing still way too much and was turning bright yellow. I bought him some breakfast drinks before I made my original post, and I think what was making him pee a lot was where he drunk one too many of them. When his pee started to turn bright yellow and smelled bad, I thought he might had a uti, and plus he had stopped eating around 3 pm yesterday. Even before he stopped eating, he barely had an appetite, started looking sickly in the face, kind of feeling down in the dumps. I told my husband last night when he got home work that I think should take him to the er. We took him this morning around 9. He didn't have a uti, and they said he had a virial infection. No they were wrong and I was also wrong. I did my research and thought back to how many breakfast drinks he had. I also looked up again why his pee would be yellow, and it turns out he was getting way too much riboflavin that is in the breakfast drinks. I called a ped. It turns pee yellow as his pee was. Too many vitamins made loose his appetite. They told me to give him sprite, if he didn't drink water. It worked! He ate many times today. Got his energy back. Pee went to normal. The ped. told me if he drunk anymore, it could been fatal!I felt like such a fail. I'm glad my little boy is better, but no more breakfast drink for awhile (also what the ped said for at least a couple of weeks) and no more than one a day. via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/28RdeuQ
