My SO can't be convinced that it's not ok to to leave the baby crying for over 10 minutes.

He went back to sleep after trying to comfort her for probably less than a half hour with her still crying. I want him to agree to spend at least 30 minutes trying to comfort her when he's on duty and she is crying. After that, he is allowed to wake me up. He says it is too stressful. He doesn't trust me when I tell him baby doesn't feel safe if no one attends to her. I asked who he would trust and he said he trusts no one. What do I do now? via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/28WpVBG
