My 5 year old kindergartner is behind in her ability to read. Worst in the class compared to her peers. I have no idea where to find help.

She recognizes her letters most of the time, but really struggles with what individual letters sound like. Right now they are sounding out three letter words. She's the only one in the class who can't do it. They've moved on to sight words and she's left behind. It's like she's stuck and I can't help her. We've read books to her since she was a baby. Every night. I've looked for government programs but can't find anything for her age. We're in Louisiana. I feel like I'm failing her even though we practice with her daily, she is making no progress. She's never been suspected to have a disability by a doctor before in her regular checkups. via /r/Parenting http://bit.ly/2Q0Mfz7
