I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but I'm getting emergency custody of a three-year-old boy who is not potty trained at all whose mother neglected him and let him live in a home with no running water no heat and no electricity. He seldom got bathed only a quick wipe down with a baby wipe.She didn't have proper clothing for him she would find random people to babysit him because she didn't have the means to find a sitter or even pay for one.Her main priority seems to be her boyfriend and not her son.I need advice on what to buy for potty training, toys and anything else the three-year-old might need.Here's what's on my list so farTs list https://amzn.to/2CyrQOi via /r/Parenting http://bit.ly/2BCuhOe
