Have a 3 month old daughter and just found out my boyfriends been cheating on me

The girl messaged me last night. I’d suspected something might have been going on. He claimed he was staying late at work for more money. I dunno what to do. He’s gone to stay somewhere else but all his stuff is still her atm. I don’t know if I can handle this on my own. My family aren’t around me so i basically have no help.He’s saying it meant nothing and was just sex...I don’t really care what it meant, he’s done this to me at a time I needed him the most.
