Elementary schooler wants to create his own website. What free web hosting site is best for kids?

Do any of your kids have their own blogs/websites that they have created? I'm thinking WordPress might be too complicated and not flexible enough, but I really don't like wix. It's not really going to be a blog, just a website with a few different types of pages.
