Secondary drowning

Does anyone have an idea on when the danger has passed on secondary drowning. I was giving my 4 month old a bath last night and, very much as it always happens, I turned my head for 2 seconds to grab the shampoo bottle. When I looked back she had fallen forward and her face was hovering over the water. I immediately lifted her up and have no clue if she was actually under the water at any point. I grabbed her so quickly I didn’t get a good look at what or if anything was actually under.I work in the medical field so I’ve was paying attention for any symptoms of secondary drowning. The only thing I may be seeing is a cough, but I’m thinking that may just be a paranoid parent concern and that they’re just random sporadic coughs that people have.At this point it’s been 20+ hours since it happened. Is there any type of time period that once we pass puts us in the safe zone? Thanks for your help! via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2MQsDQJ
