Nanny to 7 yr twins. One pees herself everyday the other has a bad temper. Both are terrible to mother. Help!

I don’t know what to do with these kids. I take them to a park,The girl will piss herself when there is a bathroom 4 feet away. Out in public they’ll find a way to hurt each other or start fighting. The boy has a terrible temper and his speech is not normal for his age, but teachers don’t seem to complain to the mother about it. I just don’t know what to do. They make me mad sometimes that when they are happy and want phrase I just don’t have the energy to give it to them because of how mad I was before.
