How do I get the courts involved?

I was hoping it wouldn't come to this.. My ex and I split up because she cheated on me for the second(definitely not only the second time). We both were 'addicts', I use that term loosely because as soon as I got away from her I was happier and got sober from benzos which were what I was taking. She got worse. She started drinking heavily and ran out of money resulting in a seizure from withdrawal(I don't trust a word she says I am sure benzos were what actually caused this but that's a whole other thing). Our original plan was that we would write a document up about custody and child support. Now I really don't think I will do that. She showed up dropping my daughter off entirely intoxicated about a week ago. With my daughter in the damn car!!! I could tell the second I saw her face and then it was of course followed by her getting out of her car slurring everything about how her medicine made her tired. No. I know what that looks like because I had the same problem a long time ago. She would've had to have taken a TON of benzos for that to happen.Next day what happens? She totals her new car she just bought 3 months ago. My daughter could have been in the car. And with the way she lies and is abusing drugs lately I wouldn't doubt it if my daughter was in the car and she's not telling me.Oh also she's living in a two bedroom house with 5 people. So that's wonderful. What is this? The great depression? Why do you need 5 people(her dad, grandparents and my daughter) in the same house when rent is only $700 a month? They're the literal definition of white trash, anything they do could be on r/trashy.I'm sick of letting this stress me out and make me unhappy like she did for so many years. What on Earth do I do? Please help me. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2rXjTM5
