I'm preparing for fostering a kid aged 4-18 and could use some phone suggestions. I'm looking for something simple I could call them on and not too expensive. I'm okay with texting but would like to avoid something with video or apps. No camera would be great, but I understand if that's not possible. We'll have a tablet with games on it for kiddo to use (but that they can't permenantly keep). Prepaid phone would be nice so I can permenantly gift it to them without worrying about a plan.
