My daughter broke her elbow on Thursday, got her cast yesterday afternoon, and we are leaving for a week at the beach today. We did get a cast cover, but she hates it because it is really tight (I know they make other ones but time is a huge factor here so we got what we could).My husband looked up things to do in the area yesterday and there is really not much (the most interesting thing was a cardboard box museum). I figure we can bag her arm and she can sit in the pool or hang out on the sand, but that is only going to be fun for a few minutes. We can take walks on the shore and collect shells. Luckily it is her non-dominant arm so we are going to go buy her some new art supplies this morning. Other than that, I am stumped.
