We are hermits, I guess. Not necessarily by choice. We don't have friends or family and we've failed time and again at making friends. Our baby is about to turn 1 year old and we haven't had a night alone together since she was born. Our little girl is very needy and hates being away from mommy. I know that's sometimes just a phase, but its always been like this. Every time I take her out by myself she freaks out. Makes me think even if we did have someone to watch her while we have a night out that it wouldn't go well.tl;dr We haven't had a night to ourselves since our baby was born a year ago.
