Kids slam their door. I put foam on the door jamb. They pulled the foam off.

I got really tired of my kids slamming their bedroom door, and its mostly not their fault. Loose tolerances, cheap doors, its an apartment, what can I expect. So I think to myself, I'll just take some weatherproofing foam strips, put it in strategic locations, and that'll stop the slam. And sure enough, it worked great.Until about 2 days later.
