Help with 15 month old with lice nits

My 15 month old daughter has lice nits all throughout her hair. I noticed them around noon when she was laying down to take a nap she likes when I stroke her hair. I saw little brown nits about a 1/4 inch away from her scalp. I had to look it up because I've never dealt with or even seen lice before. I got a comb because I'm 100% broke and couldn't get anything else. Put conditioner in her hair and combed through and must've taken off around a hundred of them but still no live lice.I don't understand I read somewhere that if there are just nits and no nymphs or adult lice then it's probably old but what would've gotten rid of them before?When she was around 8 months old she would constantly have cuts on her head from scratching but she also had an eczema problem so I thought it also was on her scalp and would drench her head in non scented moisturizing lotion daily. That's the only time I could think of her scratching.Does anyone have anymore experience or comments they could give me? I'm 5 days away from my due date to have her sister and this is freaking me out so bad! Maybe the eczema rash was actually from an allergic reaction to lice? via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/28UsMR8
