Family is accusing me of drinking during my pregnancy - can anything else cause the facial features?

I recently posted a picture of my 2 year old that I thought was just a sweet picture of his smile. A few hours later I heard through the grapevine that certain members of my family had "diagnosed" him with fetal alcohol syndrome, due to some of his facial features. I am absolutely certain I did not drink during my pregnancy (or outside of it, for that matter), so I'm wondering if there's anything else that could cause these features, or if I should just shrug it off and appreciate my cute little kid.Here is the picture in question.
