Would you invite your 8yr old’s friend into your bed to watch a movie, fall asleep, and spend the night?

I have an 8 year old. She went to her friend’s house for a sleep over and my daughter, her friend, and friend’s mom ended up all sleeping in the friend’s parents’ bed. I think it’s weird that my kid is in another adult’s bed. Am I being weird about this? The best friend’s parents can’t understand why I have a problem with this.
