So I never had this problem with my first child but for some reason I cannot get DS to stop biting people. He currently has 6 teeth so when he bites it hurts alot and most times draws blood. He thinks it's hilarious. We have tried saying no many different ways (without screaming at him.) He is vicious! He will try to grab any part of you and bit as hard as he can and refuses to let go.I've tried poking his cheek away from where he intends to bite me, "time outs" where I place him in the floor and ignore him for a second (but still watching him). If we aren't holding him and he's biting us we place him in his pack and play and leave him be for a few minutes. We've tried the over dramatic crying to try and get him to understand it hurts.I'm at a loss completely. He just bit me again a few minutes ago and made a good cut into my shoulder. It still hasn't stopped bleeding. I really need to get my son to stop biting!Last night my grandmother was holding him and he bit her cheek (drew blood) and she accidentally dropped him from pain and shock. Luckly they were only on the couch and he didn't get hurt but I worry that it could happen again. My grandmother felt horrible and cried with him for dropping him.Is there anything else I can try to her my son to understand not to bite people? via /r/Parenting http://bit.ly/2Fvl25f
