School wants me to evaluate daughter...again!

So this may be a bit long. Thanks in advance to anyone willing to ready this novel.I have a daughter who is 2.5. She goes to daycare and has been since before her 2nd birthday. In November, her school suggested that she be evaluated. I had her evaluated through Child Find in December and her results came back as being in the normal range for all five areas of development. We learned through her teacher that she was not talking at school but was talking at home. I was also a bit concerned because she was not talking in two word sentences. My daughter had a series of ear infections and ended up having tubes put in in March. After that, she started talking a lot more at home. She started using 2-3 word sentences at home. Her teacher was still concerned so I had her evaluated by a speech therapist out of pocket (insurance would not cover it because she does not have autism). She passed, again. Now to be clear, she did not pass by flying colors, she was on the lower end. The therapist thought this could be due to her hearing issues earlier in the year. This was last month. The therapist agreed to see her in October just to make sure she was still on track.Today her school requested that I have her evaluated again by a third person. They say she is still not talking or comprehending at school. Some of the things they described are things I know she can do-for example, they asked her to identify the character on her shirt (Pooh). She did not. Yet my daughter asked specifically for that shirt this morning using his name.I know that my kid is shy. They play games at school and I have seen her just watch. She will then start playing them with me at home. She does much better in a one on one setting, which I suspect is why she passes her evaluations.I don’t know what to think. How would you respond to this request? We have a meeting Friday morning.Tl;dr-daughter has been evaluated twice by two different professionals and has passed both evaluations. School wants us to have her evaluated for a third time in six months. via /r/Parenting http://bit.ly/2N8m3Gt
