Consent is what society needs to be taught. Girls shouldn’t be taught not to wear mini skirts in public places or not to wear shirts that show to much cleavage. Boys should be taught that if girl is drunk you don’t have the right to take advantage of her, if a girl has tight clothes you don’t have a right to touch her. If a girl says no, she means no. That’s what needs to be changed. Don’t teach the victims to cover themselves to prevent assault.
