How often does your primary child care fall through?

Hey all! New (soon to be) dad here. We're expecting a baby boy in a few weeks and I've been trying to find a good daycare we can send him to. Luckily we found a great spot just a block from my home which will take care of him Mon-Fri 8-5 (work week).​Curious though, how often do you find your primary child care provider (even if you have a nanny) fall through?
