How do I deal with my father who bosses my mother around like it’s the 1940’s

Since I can remember my dad was always telling my mom to make him his lunch and do his laundry and growing up I was always to scared to address the situation because I know if I did, my father would become angry at me and say “our relationship is none of your damn business” I am now 22 years old and have lived a thousand miles away from my parents for almost 4 years now and he still hasn’t changed. I have now called him out and every time I do it blows up into a huge argument that addresses more than just how he treats my mother. My mother is in her 50s and she knows she doesn’t deserve the way she’s being treated but she too is scared of the consequences if she tries to say anything.
