How can I tell if my autistic son is being groomed?

I don't know if I'm being paranoid or what. But, he has a weird relationship with one of the helpers at the school. At the same time, he has a weird relationship with literally everyone. There's a helper at the school and he's just way too comfortable with him. He calls him his daddy (actually he calls everyone daddy, including me), a lot of tangents are about him, he's touchy with him (he's touchy with literally everyone, including strangers, but he's a little extra touchy with him), he's always getting little trinkets and candies from him, at a meeting my son threw a tantrum because he wanted to go on his lap, and the most throw off thing to me is that he said they have a secret that he can't tell me without getting in trouble. I feel like I'm being paranoid but at the same time my gut isn't really feeling too good about this.
