Help on weekends

Hi​Got 2 young kids. I work weekends, at least 1 a month, sometimes 2 a month. Wife has always insisted on baby sitting help whenever I worked. As you can imagine, it gets very expensive. We've moved to a city with more to do.. and she wants help again. She gets anxious about having to deal with the kids herself.​Any thoughts? This normal? via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2PeZRX7
