Almond milk or cow’s milk for toddlers?

My twins are turning 1 soon and some people have told me that cow’s milk is bad and some other people say that almond milk is not nutritious enough. What’s your experience with the subject? via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2RuC1IS
