So there it is . My boy is 20 month and since his birth we have practiced our version of attachment parenting ,so in a nutshell, breastfed until really recently , baby wearing, no cry it out, no time out ,etc Well I just came back from the library ( it was our first time since he can walk ) and it was .... Terrible. The other kids ( and I mean all 10 of them ) were so well behaved , didn't scream, run, or tried to throw books. My boy well he did all of that . He basically just tried to run away from his father and picking random books to throw them in the entrance puddle (caused by melted snow). We usually try to calm him down when he is upset by staying by is side and reassuring him, saying " it's ok to be mad, you are mad/ sad because blah blah"and accompanying him but now i must admit i am scared I fucked him up . He used to be a really gentle sweet and calm boy. Now he is almost always "that" kid who create a ruckus ... Any advice ? Thanks !! ( Btw, English is not my first language ( quite obviously ) so please excuse any mistakes ) via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2BgBWj9
