Parent of an almost one-year-old. When my wife and I were first looking into daycare options we signed up for what we thought was a 30-day subscription to Care.com. We never received any email communication from them and didn't realize that they had enrolled us in a subscription program for $40/month until a couple of weeks ago. By the time we cancelled they had billed us over $400 and were only willing to refund the last 30 days despite never using the account. No luck via Facebook or BBB, and they are hiding behind their TOS, but I thought I would throw it out here as a warning to others. via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2zavaMb
