Toddler girl projectile peeing onto the floor from toilet! How do i stop it?

So my daughter just turned 2 last month and has been fully potty trained for a week now(has 0 accidents, yay!) here is my issue almost every other time she pees she leans back and her pee shoots out of the toilet onto her underwear and the floor, literally none makes it into the toilet! I have tried different potty seats, no potty seat and a small personal potty but it happens on all of them. It also happens almost everytime in public so I have to clean the floor(I have learned just to take her shorts and underwear completely off so she doesn't projectile pee onto them!) I have also tried leaning her forward so her privates are down but as soon as she starts peeing she leans fully back to see(that's what she says I want to see pee) and it sprays out like a fountain out of the toilet! I am a female and I have never had this happen to me! I just don't get it! Anyone have advice on how to keep her from leaning back and it spraying all out of the toilet into the floor and her feet???
