Stupid Curious George

Cast: Myself, DadMy Son: 2yrI, through a stuffed Curious George Monkey (thanks grandparents!), was reading my 2yr old his night time stories (basically, I try to sound like Mickey Mouse). 2yr even jumped in while picking out the books, voicing the monkey choosing which book to read next. George would help turn pages, ask Daddy and 2yr questions, mess with 2yr's hands, etc. It was a great time! Well, it got time to turn off the reading light, so 2yr stood up with the monkey and used the monkey's hand to turn off the light.And in that moment... it all went to hell.2yr, upon sitting down, realized that HE DIDNT GET TO TURN THE ()# )(* @!(& #($& # LIGHT OFF, AND THE MONKEY DID IT INSTEAD OF HIM.BETRAYED!!!Meanwhile, its all I can do to keep an almost steady voice, underwear mostly dry, and not laugh at him for being SO FREAKING PISSED that the MONKEY turned off the light INSTEAD of him!!! via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2gTz3Qm
