Looking for some advice, I have a 7 year old boy that is obsessed with food. He is heavy for his age and I am trying to find healthy ways to teach him to enjoy food and be more active.


I cook healthy meals but he is asking for more immediately after we eat. I give healthy snacks and he wants something else 30 min later. It's like he is never full. I don't want to be too restrictive if he's really hungry, but I don't want to start bad habits either. via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2uK5AhW
