If a 12 month old refuses food at supper while saying "buiscuit" over and ocer

Is it ok to just let them go hungry from supper till their bedtime milk rather than relenting and giving a buiscut? What else can you try on such a young being? via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2tg2LAQ
