I was holding my 8-9 month old nephew when he decided to stand up on my lap. He took a misstep and slipped while I was holding him. My reflexes made me jolt my arms up and I saw his head move back to front once enough to surprise him. He looked me directly and started to cry. I quickly got up, holding the back of his head, and walked him around. After about 5-10 seconds gently bouncing him up and down while walking, he stopped crying and is now asleep about 40 minutes later. Would this cause any damage? via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2tggiJc
