My husband's uncle "Rick" lives with husband's parents. They are not local so when we visit, we stay with the parents and "Rick."I've always gotten a creepy vibe from Rick, which I can't justify or explain. He mostly keeps to himself and the only thing I can point to as creepy is that he has a tendency to stare. He has always done it, all the time, and he does it to me when I'm breastfeeding unless I leave the room. Also, not to make this political, but when the news broke about Donald's Trump comments about grabbing women by the "pu--y" came out, I referred to it jokingly as pu--ygate. Uncle Rick laughed hysterically and asked me to repeat the joke over and over, and kept bringing up "pu--ygate" all night. My kids have always slept in the same room as us when we visit, but the oldest is big enough to have her own room at grandma and grandpa's. I'm reluctant to let this happen on the off chance that the creepy vibe I get from creepy Uncle Rick is picking up on a real danger. What is the right way to handle this? Should I invent a reason to keep the kids in our room when we visit? Or should I stop worrying since I have no legitimate basis for my concern? via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2hS1P2x
