May be getting discharged from the NICU tomorrow! Any advice of the do's and don'ts for the first while at home?

I'm nervous bringing our little guy home, he's still only 1835g (just 4lbs). Any advice from other parents who went home with a small baby? Anything you wish you would have bought, had ready, done different? Thanks in advance.Oh and for those wondering. He was born at 35 weeks exactly, weighing 1600g (3lb 8oz), quite small for his gestational age, but he's a little trooper. Beside's a false positive for congenital CMV (which extra blood work revealed negative week after the initial positive) and needing a couple surgeries for Hypospadias, he is doing quite well! via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2i0aTCM
