My son is 22 months. He's pretty good verbally and speaks in 3-5 word phrases most of the time. But the last several weeks he seems to be trying to say longer more complex things and I can't understand him. I went from 90% comprehension to 70% or so. It's most frustrating when he's emotional and struggling to communicate anyway. He hardly points anymore because he's so used to us understanding him.Did you experience this? Ways to mitigate other than saying "I don't understand", and "can you say it a different way", or "please point" over and over. via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2hj78aC
