[Advice] Our 2 year old loves watching Harry Potter... Worried about some of the imagery

Hey People,Our two (well two and a half) year old absolutely loves Harry Potter. My husband likes to put something on the TV softly (you can barely hear it) when we're going to sleep, we're all in the 1 room (Granny flat), so she must have woken up when we weren't aware and been watching it. One day she blurts out "Harwee!" When going to bed for a nap and points to the TV.She loves it. There are scenes that she plays along with (For example in Goblet of Fire, Dumbledoor shouts out "Silence!", so does our daughter. Then he lowers his hand to reveal the tri-wizard cup, she lowers her hand as well while blowing (mimicking the sound in the background). Fire appears from the cup, she shouts "FIRE!" She absolutely loves it.In the Prisoner of Azkaban, when the dementors start attacking Harry, she starts shouting "go away!" and shoo'ing them off. She'll use straws as wands and play pretend. It's really quite cute. She doesn't seem scared of anything within the movies, but I know that some of the imagery is well.. not Paw Patrol or Dora. My mother says that it's bad for her to be watching Harry Potter, because its' too scary and above her understanding.I'm just after some advice on what other parents think of the situation... via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/28OojK3
