Drunk babysitter?

Hi everyone,I’m looking for opinions on how to handle a situation that happened to us last night. We had our babysitter over that we have used 3-4 times in the past. She is 14, and I met her through a local babysitter Facebook page. I’ve met her mom, and although she seemed a little rough around the edges, she seemed nice enough.Last night we had our babysitter (I’ll call her Kylie) from 6:30-11pm. She wasn’t supposed to be there until 7pm but she showed up super early for some reason. She had asked if she could bring a friend and I said yes, as long as it was ok with friend’s mom.Anyways, fast forward to the end of the night. We get home and it reeks like perfume in my house. I also notice water dribbled all over the floor, from the kitchen to the bathroom. I assumed one of the kids did it but I thought it was weird Kylie didn’t notice. I say goodnight to Kylie and her friend, they seem normal (but I’m a bit tipsy at this point so maybe my judgement was skewed), and my husband drives them home. She lives about 5 minutes away from us. My husband calls me shortly after he leaves to say he thinks Kylie is drunk, because she just projectile vomited everywhere inside my car. WTF. She didn’t say she needed to pull over or anything. My husband didn’t actually notice what had happened until he dropped her off, and both girls just ran off without saying anything. Both girls did have backpacks so were thinking maybe they smuggled alcohol into our house. We do have alcohol in our house, but it does seem to be untouched.I texted Kylie asking her wtf happened. She said she was so embarrassed and that she just has the flu and didn’t want to say anything. I questioned her about the perfume smell and the water everywhere, and asked if she had been drinking. She said no, because both her parents are alcoholics so she doesn’t drink. She apologized and said she felt bad, but now I’m not sure what to do? We really have no proof of them drinking. If she did have the flu, why wouldn’t she just text me and say she wasn’t feeling well? Do I contact her again about? Try to contact her parents? I don’t have their phone numbers but obviously we know where they live. I’m mostly upset because I feel like we can’t use her again now and good babysitters are hard to come by. What do I do? via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2D4skdO
