My DD just turned 2 last month and LOVES books. In mid-March she’s getting a little sister. She knows that sister lives in mama’s belly button (oh toddlers) and she has a dolly with bottles, a diaper bag and and a cradle to play with. But I don’t think she really understands that life is getting ready to change a lot. I know she can’t fully grasp it before it happens due to age, but I’m wondering if a book with fun, colorful pictures would just help her a little more? Especially since she knows something is coming because she’s gotten a lot clingier, and daddy’s girl only wants mommy right now.We do have the Berenstain Bear and a New Baby book, but for whatever she shuns all BB books.
