RE: http://ift.tt/2a0zUH8 (Previous thread got locked, so I am replying here)Thank all of you for your encouraging words and support. It really helps to hear from those of you who have been there before - or from those of you who are there yourselves now. After reading more here and elsewhere over the evening, as well as just having more time to process everything, I do feel more hopeful about the future.I am ashamed to admit that prior to yesterday I really didn't know that much about autism aside from TV or movies. I pictured 20 or 30 more years of constant screaming and kicky during diaper changes; not ever being able to share a meaningful moment. All your comments have help to show how much I really didn't know, and also to give me hope. There are too many of you to reply to individually, so I wanted to say thanks here. Thank you! via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2a3xjQb
