My son was sick with a very mild flu (maybe a cold?) and after 2 nights of a fever, he was jumping around, climbing and doing his normal 2 year old things, which indicates that he's feeling much much better.Four days aftet his recovery, he's still refusing any and all food, even his favourites (burger king's fries). He won't drink milk anymore, no yogurts, nothing at all. He only wants and expects me to give him juice, which I give him only 2 cups a day cut with water, then it's only water for the day between meals. I will give him milk at lunch and dinner, but he's refusing that, even flavored milk. He throws all his drinks (but juice) and wastes food given to him by either destroying it in some way or throwing it on the floor. He's getting "starvation" poop, it's not diarrhea. Pediatrician doesn't seem worried, but I am. He's ultra crabby all day, I tried offering snacks he enjoys, it's all met with the same disdain. He doesn't have an upset stomach or a sore throat.I am so tempted to just leave him at the table aftet everyone else is done until he eats, but I know that won't do a damn thing. He does tell me he's hungry, so when I make him what he wants, like pbj, he throws a fit and into the trash it goes. Food isn't cheap, and I'm tired of trying if he's going to act like this. Please help... I'm at wit's end. via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2k6WEu9
