Smoking in a designated room in the house Where the baby is never taken to. Is this okay for the baby?

Hi. I’m a new mom and I know that smoking anything around a baby increases the risk of SIDS by at least 50%.That being said, I have a medical marijuana card and my fiancé vapes. The upstairs of our home is where we have our bedroom and the baby’s nursery.My question is, my husband vapes and I smoke pot in our bedroom, but the baby has never been in our room (we take him in his room, bathroom, kitchen and the living room only).AND when we smoke we blow it right out the window and the ceiling fan and AC is on to immediately air it out, plus the door is always closed.This is okay right? He’s not exposed to any kind of smoke at all, but I’m just really paranoid.Edit: Thanks for informing me.
