It has been a while.... my daughter is still going with the tattoo

Last time I posted, I asked for help when my daughter asked me if she can get a tattoo on her wrist but now somewhere on her upper arm. Currently, she is still wanting the same thing. I have taken some advice since I did not know anything about this. (changing the background on her phone, drawing that design on her arm and hang it where she can see it everyday.) But, so far, it has been good. Grades have not changed, she is taking difficult classes and still has the same career choices as last year. is she ready? I honestly don't know.
