My 3 daughter attends a Montessori school where all the children of all ages are together all day. A few months ago a 4 year old girl started attending the school. She's been a problem since the beginning. The owner confided in me that she may not last long because of her disruptive behavior during lesson time and nap time. Eventually the disruptive behavior calmed down and turned into aggression towards the other children particularly my daughter. She's hit my daughter once and I've had to personally get on her for trying to boss her around. A few days ago I found scratches on her back when I was giving her a bath. The next day I showed the owner and my daughter told her the little girl did it. At first the little girl lied and said she didn't do it, but the other kids said they saw her do it. She was suspended for one day and isn't allowed to go to dance class for a month. I don't believe this is enough and I told the owner either the little girl goes or my daughter does. She did admit that this little girl is aggressive but my daughter is one of the few children that stands up to her and they clash a lot because they both have strong personalities. My daughter is very popular and has many friends and is looked at as somewhat of a leader in her class despite her being one of the younger students. Regardless, I don't want my child in an environment with aggressive children that she has to fight every day. I also spoke with other parents and they confirmed they notice the aggressive disruptive behavior from the little girl. Am I being unreasonable to want the little girl expelled? via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2kvDL7s
